1. Products We Sell

Licensaro sells genuine, unused digital activation keys for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, sourced from licensed distributors. All products are delivered digitally – no physical goods are shipped.

2. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers; Licensaro does not store your full card details. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery

Keys are delivered automatically by email, typically within about 5 minutes of your payment being confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it, and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, since we cannot resend a key to an address we were not given.

4. Refunds and Replacements

If a key does not activate or you experience a genuine issue with your order, contact support@licensaro.com. A member of our support team will review the issue and follow up with you directly – in most cases this means sending a replacement key, and if we cannot get you a working key we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

5. License Use

Activation keys sold by Licensaro are subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the original software publisher (Microsoft). It is your responsibility to review and comply with that EULA. Each key is intended for activation on the number of devices specified for the product you purchased.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, abusing our refund policy, or reselling keys purchased from us in a way that violates the underlying software license. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service where fraud or abuse is suspected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a purchased license key, including issues caused by the underlying software itself. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
